Lorex setup comes exactly as shown. Previous owner had attemted to start setting up and soon gave up, hence 3 camera wires unpacked, rest have never been touched. Original mouse didn't make it back into the box so I supplied a basic hp one, manual is a downloaded copy. Lastly, the DVR or CD never made it back into the box. Regardless, all-in-all will be making for a wonderful quality addition for your personal or business needs. Flat $35 for shipping. Thank you very much!!
