Item is NEW. I did open it to take pictures and verify that it powered up correctly. The VR80 supports a combination of 12 analog or IP cameras. It does have a built-in 4-port POE switch. It is a RAID configured NVR, with 1000GB of storage. Note that the 1 unit that was tested did come up with a RTC time of 1999. All of these units were manufactured in 2017 and have never been powered up, so the CMOS battery may need to be replaced before the unit is installed.
