Note #1: this item was released in Canada, so it uses a Telus LTE communicator. This means not all US alarm companies may be able to activate the cellular communicator. However, the hardware is completely identical to the US version. So if it’s just being used on wifi for example, it is identical in function, there is no practical difference. It is still the 1208 variant, meaning it supports PowerG plus 319.5 MHz sensors. Note #2: the unit was previously installed in a home, but the installation was not completed and it remained unused since then. It is a new unit, but may shows cosmetic signs of previous use or installation. And possibly some evidence upon booting of previous initialization. Box shows heavy wear as pictured
