I bought this a few months ago on Amazon. I have tried everything I could think of to run cat6 cable through my wall but since I seem to be unable to, I gave up and bought a wifi doorbell. My loss can be your gain, don't miss your opportunity to get this open box poe doorbell for less than you'd pay on Amazon. I did open the box and upgraded the firmware, but did a factory reset after I realized I was unable to run the cat6 cable necessary to use this. So everything is basically in new condition.
