How to Factory Reset If you need to wipe its settings and reset it to default, follow these steps :Plug in the keypad using its power cable. Press and hold the "5" key on the front.While holding the "5" key, insert a paperclip into the pinhole reset button on the back and press it. Do not release the "5" key. The light ring will light up briefly, and the network icon at the top left will flash. Once the network icon stops flashing, release the "5" key.
