Comes just as pictured and very limited testing. It powered on and the HDD and PWR light both illuminated. That is all I tried. It did come from a business who had it hooked up. I disassembled it after purchasing and never put it back together. Was told at that time it worked as it should. Again, no further testing. Includes everything pictured.
