Tested, updated and reset. The doorbell works, we set it up in Unifi Protect and ran the firmware updates before we reset it. There are cracks in the outer glass surface of the doorbell. See pics. It does not appear to affect the camera views at all. However, if it is going to be used in its current condition, it should not be exposed to the elements. Good candidate for a swap/repair parts with a non-working unit.
